Lopez Lake is located in south San Luis Obispo County, CA., This lake helps to supply water to Arroyo Grande and neighboring communities. During the fall, winter, and early spring, it is a quiet place to visit, or fish, with many animals, birds and plants to be viewed. In the late spring through summer, it becomes quite active with recreational activities including camping, fishing, swimming and a water recreational park.

This native oak tree stands along the shoreline of this beautiful lake, giving a sense of drama to the background of the lake and mountains.
