Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for 30 days if product is damaged in transit. Photos of package and product damage are required when requesting replacement. We must be notified within 24 hours of package receipt of any damage incurred from shipping. Damaged product will be replaced once damage is determined to be the result of shipping and not customer neglect. No refunds for purchased products.
